OOC: There are two bridges: One near the north (where Aldus warned you of heavies) and one between the workshop area (apparently the northern tower) and his living area (the southern tower) which is in sight of the guard. I'll need to know which you mean if that is your plan.

Genithar motions his head towards the Northern Bridge and the known Heavies that are apparently there.

The Wizard also comments, 'I believe Aldus spoke of his Control Stone being located somewhere in his workshop. If we can take out the heavies and then lay hands on the Control Stone, we can add Doggie and Fetch to our cause and route the rest of the....herd.'

As he pauses before the last word, Genithar shoots Corran a wink.

[The control stone was said to be in the bedroom, not the workshop]

"If you be coming in from there, you'll have the whole place coming down on you, I be sure! That back door be leading to where all the leaders be sitting, trying to get this here door open." At Corran's request, he describes the stone as a small onyx rubbed smooth with the dwarven letter for 'A' upon it.

Genithar agrees, provided the balcony, on the South East side of the living quarters tower does indeed lead into the bedroom. The Wizard suggests the group walk, nonchalantly, north and then around the work tower, moving down the East side of the buildings to where the balcony lies.

Mathew bites his lower lip in thought and says "Yes the balcony does seem to be the best choice. Aldus is there a command word or special trigger to make the control stone work. If so can you tell us what is? If not Doggie and Fetch may be on the other side already."

As the party walks around to the north, passing a small cafe doing late lunch business, Cheep cheeps in, "Hmm? It be a trigger item, there be no command word, mostly just a will to activate. But you have to have the spark in you. Suspect none of them that are doing this to me could do it; you Cannith's should be able to make it work. 'Course, your Tharashk friend could be finding out where it be."

[sblock=Mathew]Sounds like it would be a spell-trigger like item, requiring a UMD check to activate.[/sblock]---

The party eventually makes its way around to the balcony. It would be a short climb, a little over 10 feet, though the smooth stonework would make it difficult. The balcony appears deserted.

Seeing that the balcony is deserted, Lorth tries to climb up to balcony or jump up and grab the edge of the balcony.

OOC: Not sure the DC's here or if I'm supposed to make the rolls, but here goes.
Climb Check (1d20+7=19)
Jump Check (1d20+7=22)
