Not bad; certainly looks produced in MS Paint which gives it an amateurish look.

I'd use Photoshop, Gimp, or Inkscape instead; the latter two are free.

He definitely uses and---inexplicably---loves MS Paint. I'm a huge gimp fan myself, but when I bring up the idea of using high-quality free programs my brother always gets this "I'm not interested in your new-fangled horseless typewriter" tone in his voice...

Of course, I love South Park, so I'm not sure how well my "a better drawing program makes better art" argument is going to turn out in the final analysis.
