The warforged watched the living drink. "Does imbibing drink truly provide such satisfaction? In the end, you must urinate it out. It seems unsatisfying in the long."

Del (Mordin the Dwarf)

"My metallic friend, you have no idea how entertainin' alcohol can be after a long day o' work. I pity ye f'r that." He claps the warforged on the shoulder, then winces and shakes the numbness out of his hand as he guffaws. "B'sides, gettin' it out do be almost as pleasurable as puttin' it in!"

The elf laughs hard at the last remark.
"A colourfull way of putting it, but true nonetheless. I am know as Latharion swiftblade by my friends, and as 'Did you hear something? Strange, I could have swo-uaghk' by my enemies."
He looks at the table.
"Strange, I could have sworn there was a full pint in front of my face just a minute ago. Now where did that go? " and he wipes the foam off his lips.

Rio isn't sure what to think of this brash elf, nor is he clear on whether the elf's earlier anouncement indicates that he allready considers some present to be his enemies. When next someone speaks and grabs the rooms attention, he will concentrate on seeing the auras of those present, in order to determine if any here are tainted by evil.

"What a generous elf... by teh way, Brew gives all driks for free here, as long as you are for hire." tells Kharas with sarcast, he then turn to Weapon "People who doesn't know to drink generally finish death drunk, with such an headache that you almost want to die, and you have vomit all your last meal. But when you find a good quality alcool, it is just liek any good quality food. It is tasty, it worth teh time you drink it, and, as it is alcool, it will help you to see the world in a better view. You might want to try that someday."

"Interesting--can Warforged actually taste something?" Sinope asks Kharas, wondering.
Weapon looks at the strange woman. "To ask one who is not while one who is right in front of you is an odd thing. I recall many in Thrane who would refuse to speak to me, though you do not seem to be from there." The warforged shrugged. "Nevertheless, the answer is that it is a muted, unsatisfactory thing* according to the leaders of my Legion. Mallan was one to enjoy drink and find food, and found our lack of real 'taste' an pity. It is no matter. A solider does not exist to eat."

"That do be a shame, Weapon. Not knowin' the taste of a good ale, that be a fate I dinnae wish on anyone." Mordin smiles and winks at the 'forged. "Almost as woeful a fate as not knowin' how t'speak t'friends."

Mordin rounds - albeit slowly - on Sinope and waggles a finger. "Do there be a problem w' me friend?"

*Sinope laughs.*

"Of course not, Mordin, my friend. I had heard the same as what Weapon has said as the norm, so I figured I should ask Kharas, the artificer, since he seemed to making the claim. Who knows--maybe he has encountered a rare build of Warforged that can feel through their senses like you or me? What a grand story it would be!"
