D&D General Should I buy any old Ravenloft books?

The old AD&D and 3e TSR Ravenloft books are on sale on DTRPG right now. I don't see myself directly playing any of that era of Ravenloft, but I'm open to mining gothic horror content such as monsters for my Shadowdark and OSE setting, or adapting Ravenloft modules to my own setting. Is there anything good you'd recommend buying? I already have the 5E Ravenloft stuff.

I think a lot of the 5e stuff is just updated of the old stuff. Most of the old stuff will likely be online at a fan site. I know most of the Forgotten Realms stuff is. I would save the money unless you really want to worldbuild.

2e and 3e Ravenloft blows 5e loft out of the water.

I guess the question becomes, if I can only grab, say, 3, what 3 should I get?
