I'd hate to be seen as a suck-up, so I'll beg to differ...

...I believe my dice are random, but will play with them even if they aren't because it is a game.

My dice, which suck, were under-performing. They have been "let go" so to speak. Into a pond, if you want to be honest. New, properly proportioned and colorful die may be expected soon.

I will value the people sitting around the table with me. Even when they are out of spells or arrows.

I will game with most anyone, but enjoy gaming most with people I can have fun with gaming or not...

Whew. *wipes brow*

I almost thought I was out ;p

Your characters near death when you left your party to charge across the hill at the 5 Farrow (Monstronomicon) alone was not a product of the dice. My dice rolling poorly (and out in the open) is why you lived to tell about it. :)

Welcome aboard.

I'm down with what you're saying. Find your game and love it, man. Consider me signed up.

So what do you call it? The Gamer's Manifesto? The RPG Bill of Rights? Ode to a Gamer?

Say, do you think it would work in haiku form?
"Our game passes too quickly;
Enjoy it now, friend:
Sweet respite of the mind."
