Knightfall, I think it'll see more use in the Planescape game (which I really need to update).

Hmmm Friff, You do know that your site still says that it is coming in August? Might be time to update that.

I am looking forward to getting my copy - I was one of the lucky purchasers of the previous edition who will be getting an update. (The players have learned to dread templates...)

Does anyone have a comparison of the various templates with versions that other publishers have done (like with undead templates in BoVD or it Slayer's Guide to the Undead.)?

small thing i just noticed.

ebon servitor. it's Resistance stuff? It's not really 3.5 as it caps off at 30. shouldn't this be scaled allot lower? HD 1-10:5 11-20:10 21+:15 ?

ok bigger note...this thing fully isn't 3.5, it's got some flaws in it. Do we post them here or email them to friff?

It is suppose to be 3.0, not 3.5. If the editors had decided to make the change to 3.5 then they'd still be working on it and you'd have had to wait until next year to get a copy.

There may be updated 3.5 version sometime in the distant future but DON'T quote me on that.

Like he said, 3.0. And don't be shy about throwing some templated critters at the dynamic duo, Dr. N. You'd be surprised how useful the book is overall for any campaign. Especially if you use it to create brand new races of bad guys. Just imagine, a race of half-kobold drow.

ok it's 3.0..crap i wish i woulda read that before i bought it as I thought it'd be 3.5 updated already....oh well he's got more of my money then :/
