Spying the killing crossbow shot from the cliff, the horse archer trains his bow on Lars and lets fly. The aim is true and despite Lars' cover, the arrow catches the young rogue in the shoulder, wedging deep into the flesh, blood pouring from the almost-lethal wound. The remaining half-orc scout notices that Torrent only has a wand in her hand, so he drops his crossbow and dashes out of the snowy brush (to D8). On the way he draws a sap and strikes at the back of Torrent's head once in a flanking position. Given the swirl of combat, the attack goes wide clipping only the breeze.
