Yup...while I've rarely used these feats in D&D, I use them quite a bit in Star Wars.
My Living Force PC has Spacer (+2 to Pilot and Astrogate), Skill Emphasis (Spot), and Skill Emphasis (Repair) (though those last two were actually class abilities for Scoundrel).
(BTW, they called it Skill Emphasis in SW, because it gives a +3 bonus, whereas D&D was in 3E at the time SWRPG was written, and Skill Focus was still only +2.)
