Jack fires his arrow at the nearest kobold and slings his bow over his shoulder, preparing himself for the inevitable melee. "Wait, Rover," Jack warns the faintly growling hound standing by his side.
Jack attacks kobold #6 with his bow, and then puts it away. Rover will delay until Jack's initiative, and then ready an action to attack (and possibly Trip) the first kobold within reach that attacks him or Jack.
Jack: Longbow +6, 1d6
Rover: Bite +3, 1d6+3; Trip +2

Veras-Re holds his walking stave with his left hand. His right hand draws a knife from the back of his belt. With dexterity that belies his sausage-like fingers, he flips the weapon so that he's holding it at the blade. He peers left and right warily, grunting at the vermins' superior numbers. He takes a westward step to be beside Planus.
If any kobold comes within 10 feet of the Dwarf, he will toss the blade at the foolish wretch.

Katherine takes a shot at kobald #4, attack +2, damage 1d6. If it is still up on her next initiative she will shoot at it again, or if not the next nearest kobald.

Garma will engage a kobold that nobody is attacking in melee, attempting a trip whenever possible. Quarion will continue firing his bow at the female, great axe wielding kobold.

After moving to the south a few steps, Katherine shoots at kobold 4, the one with the scythe, and impales him quite well (attack roll 17, damage 5), though he continues to stand.

With all kobolds in sight, you notice that 7 wears no armor, and 14 wears slightly heavier armor than the rest. Everyone else wears leather armor. (Sorry - that's information you should have gotten two posts back, but I forgot. If that changes your actions please note that.)
Quarion shoots at kobold 8 (22, 4 damage), hitting squarely. It almost appears the kobold will drop, but it presses on, heavily wounded (7 damage total).
Garma rushes towards kobold 13, hitting (16, 2 damage), but failing to sweep her off her feet (7 vs kobold's 15).

Jack's arrow unfortunately misses it's target (roll of 8).
Thanyvan's second dagger misses as well, and he makes a mental note to use a different tactic.
Opale shoots at 8 again, this time hitting and dealing 7 points of damage, which finally does stop the kobold, and causes it to drop (total 14 damage).
Rika, recognizing that 14 may be a leader, takes aim, and is satisfied to hear a pained hiss (attack roll 24, 5 damage) as the arrow embeds itself in the creature's shoulder.
Veras-Re steps next to Planus, dagger ready to be thrown.

Figuring to maximize his chances of hitting, Planus fires kobold 7. Bow shot at 7 (1d20+3=5, 1d8=2) With a sigh, Planus decides that he will quit attempting "no look" shots as these kobolds could pose a threat if they get much closer..

Farid moves a bit to position himself in a place where he can try to catch one of the kobolds off-guard...
