Opale reloads and scan the kobolds. She spots a kobold (14) that just recieved an arrow. She aim and the bolt fly up to the kobold, going right for the chest. (OOC: Attack roll: 17, Damage: 7)

Focus your fire on the one in heavier armor and the one without it. They're probably the leader and a mage.

Rika fires her shortbow at the heavily armored kobold she shot previously. The arrow goes wide, not even connecting with the kobolds armor.

So much for your ambush, lizard!

Quarion Holimion, Elven Druid (AC:15, HP:7/7) Garma, Wolf Companion (AC:14, HP:13/13)

Quarion and Garma will stick to their current targets (8 and 13 respectively) until they go down, then they will focus attack on the heavily armored kobold. Same tactics as before, Quarion firing a shortbow and Garma biting/tripping.

OOC: Shortbow: +3, 1d6. Bite: +3, 1d6+1. Trip: +1, free action with a successful bite.

(I can deal with it - I hope. Of course, it is entirely possible that the kobolds' actions require some rethinking of your tactics.)

Planus is a bit worried that his arrows might circle around and hit himself, while Farid repositions in preparation for a charge.

Kobold 7 starts chanting and weaving, while the rest continue to advance, charging where they can, going on defensive, or advancing normally where not. Only 14 seems to be holding back.


2 slashes at Planus with her sword, and hits (4 damage). 4 easily dodges the dagger Veras-Re tosses as he comes near the psion, but stops regardless. 3 stabs clumsily at Jack, but eh seems to have miscalculated the momentum, and misses the halfling.
9 strikes at Rika, but the kobold's pick glances off Rika's chain shirt.
13, defending herself from Garma, manages to wound the wolf with her falchion (2 damage - a low damage crit!)

OOC: No change in Garma's tactics, but Quarion will now focus fire on 7.

Figuring to maximize his chances of hitting, Planus fires kobold 7.

Planus instead takes a 5 foot step to L9 and directs his shot at 2, but it still misses even with point blank shot (Attack roll from above = 10 + 1 from point blank shot).
