It is true that a zombie lion loses pounce.

I wasn't mentioning this with zombies in mind, but rather, PCs/npcs who were reduced to 1 standard action via slow (the spell).

So a lion foe who is slowed can still charge (albeit only up to its speed) and make a full attack even while slowed.

Also, a zombie dragon (draconomicon) retains its special attacks, so if you had a half-dragon lion zombie...
