I'm sort of surprised they haven't done anything with Brainiac yet. I gather that this will happen over the course of the next 3-4 episodes. Anyone know what the plans are with the Brainiac character? All I know of Brainiac is that he was one of silliest villains on Super Friends.

Do you think Chloe is still hung up on Clark? She sure seems to be, and Lex even noticed it, taunting her with being the 'third wheel'. They need to give Chloe something (someone) to do other than hang out with Clark and Lana.

I bet next week is when Clark tells Lana what's going on. She HAS to suspect something at this point, what with the freaks talking about him in front of her the way they were.

Recall that in the movie, Lex Luthor's female cohort was a blonde... did the light go off? I think she'll end up with Lex somehow, I dunno.

Well, I never thought the directors would go the direction to include implied sexual relations. At least on Clarks part. That is what partially ruins it for me.

Err, that has building for 4 years...so, time to for it to happen. But we all know, who the true woman will be in his life.

Clark has to have full access to the human experience. How, otherwise, are we to sympathize with him? How else is he to know right and wrong? How else can he show mercy when it is required? If he doesn't know us, how can he save us? How can he judge?

Clark's a guy who COULD have anything he wants, but he allows himself to be held back by his human morality. And the fact that this happened out of love when they both wanted it is kinda cool.

You guys realize that this is the most opportune time for Clark to have his first sexual experience. Can you imagine what would happen if Clark had his super-strength and went into full coitus? Poor Lana! Now at least, Clark can 'perform' like a regular person and not kill someone!
