Sneak attack enhancing spells (CA)

Does anyone think I would run into problems allowing these spells to work with the skirmish and other similar ablities? I'm wary about changing them off hand but they do seem to work off the same principle.

Just to clarify (I don't have the book on me) I'm talking about spells such as the one that allows a sneak attack vs a construct that round (cast as a swift action).

In general, it should work okay, I think. You should read through the ability to make sure, but from what I can remember of it, it was similar enough to sneak attack that the spells that affect sneak attack would affect skirmish similarly.
