Snyder Pretzels or Spicey That Isn't

Snyder sourdough pretzels are a real favorite of mine. They have bags of of pieces that have flavors that are just great. It is one of the few snack foods I still eat. Their Honey Mustard and Onion is fantasitc easily the best in my mind. Their honey barbeque is also great and thier Jalapeno is actullay pretty darn spicey for this type of food.

However, their new flavor Hot Buffalo Wing, while good, has no kick to it at all. THe flavor is good and actually tastes better on the pretzel then I was expecting. But I wanted a spicey kick, I want this to cause me to sweat. I want to regret eating it the next day (some of you might actuallu know what I mean here ).

Well, these guys do some great snack foods and I really love them.

thier Jalapeno is actullay pretty darn spicey for this type of food.

I just had a bag of these the other day. Pretty good, but I like the cheese and the ranch ones better. Just a bit too spicy for snacking on a regular basis, but good. I'll have to look for the Buffalo Wing. Haven't tried the Honey mustard, I'll give that a try too.

Did you know there are actually TWO Snyder Pretzel companies? If you read the back of the bag, each has a disclaimer that they are not related to the other company. One is Snyder's of Hanover, the other Snyder's of somepleace else.

The other Snyder's has an "Extra Salty Pretzel Stick" that they sell. Wow, is it salty. You can hardly see the pretzel stick under all the salt. They are hard to find, but I usually pick up a bag when I'm driving through Pennsylvania, most truck stops there sell them. Nobody else I know seems to like them but me.

Ya, I've seen that there is Snyder and Snyder at Hanover. I'm not big on salt so those extra salty ones don't sound that great. THe Cheese and Ranch are good as well, but my local store doesn't seem to carry them as often so I'd forgotten about them.

I just saw an ad for Snyder's pretzels with peanut butter. Looked pretty good. My first thought was that I wanted them to be chocolate covered as well.
