Its just a very poorly designed solo, if you compare it to later solos, especially the MM3 solos. The damage output is a bit hard to evalute, since it depends on its death touch an aura to deal most of its damage. Aura is necrotic and thus relatively easily dealt with, and recharge 6 is problematic, as it might very well never recharge. If it was at will or recharge 3, it might work. But the biggest problem is the lack of ways to counter the 45677 conditons it will get thrown at it.
