RE: d20 Modern
Yeah, I am interested in how the rules are going to be set up for this particular game. Of course, I was initially thrown off by the quote "modern fantasy." I mean what is "modern fantasy"? A semi-realistic gameplay of a typical medieval setting? Or a fantasy-type genre set in the modern time period (like those Jet Li films Kiss of the Dragon and that Romeo Must Die movies where they used flying rope tricks)?

RE: AEG's Spycraft and Shadowforce Archer
Spycraft Lite (a preview demo of the Spycraft Espionage Handbook) and the Shadowforce Archer (formerly Series Archer, they're still using the old web site) looks to be a promising "modern fantasy" spy game (if the definition fits the latter choice above).
I'm kind of iffy on the some of the stats provided in the lite rules. For example, some of the pistols' range increment is awfully shorter than a primitive ranged weapon (e.g., bow, composite bow). Is this correct?
Other than the flaw above, I find this game to be a potentially enjoyable product to play.
