We dont want you caught out by some of those devious players. It is us (DMs) against them(Playing Hoards)!!

On page 13 of the Adventure Book, under "Surprise" it says "You grant combat advantage". Is that what you meant?

That's it. What a weird place to put it, but I guess I never really considered surprised a condition. It makes sense.
