I hadn't heard anything about this, anybody got a link to an old thread about it? I remember reading that Traci Lords was going to be at a con as a guest because of her work in one of the blade movies. Was it a flap over that?

I don't get it. Admittedly, I didnt' read the whole thread, but that doesn't sound like a controversy; it sounds like they're trying to make sure there isn't one by seperating any potentiall offensive material.

Not unlike your typical Family Video chain of rental stores, with the back room.

That is the resulting thread, there is another somewhere on the site that talks about the porn stars at the CON selling their videos and pictures, how they were dressed (or lack of) and so on in front of one and all. It did not give GENCON-SoCal a family air.

Its unlikely. While all the details remain to be ironed out, the Colts are getting a new retractable roof stadium south of the current RCA dome. After the Colts move, the RCA dome will be demolished and the convention center will expand. In addition, a new Conrad hotel is being built northeast of the Hyatt. When finished it'll be connected to everything else via skywalks.

I have no clue and can only guess that in the La La Land of Cali they just go to every convention they can, that or porn trading cards but I would not know of that.
