Blue Oyster Cult has a lot of tunes that are totally D&D/fantasy oriented (Black Blade, Veteran of the Psychic Wars, Les Invisibles, etc).
High marks to Blind Guardian as well.
Marillion has a couple of good fantasy songs on their earliest stuff- Grendel, for instance.
Blackmore's Rainbow is wonderful for this trope, at least the earlier albums have some great songs (Man on the Silver Mountain, Sixteenth Century Greensleeves, Temple of the King, etc).
Old Led Zepellin and Black Sabbath are both winners here too (Battle of Evermore, Misty Mountain Hop, etc; War Pigs, Black Sabbath, Iron Man).
