I still have to get my Community Supporter Account back after the crash. I e-mailed Morrus 3 or 4 times but got no replies. I've looked around, the issue seems to be closed for everyone but me, it seems. This is not meant to be some bad press of any kind as I really appreciate this site and all but I think I deserve better and would like to get what I paid for.

Haven't had any emails from you. Are you using the email address on the page linked to from the "Contact Morrus" link, below?
 

There, fixed with the extra time we've given to everyone who was affected by the crash. Let me know if it isn't working (by posting here, not emailing!).
 

The last time around, I used the new e-mail you listed on the "Contact Morrus" page. But as you suggested, I added my plea for help at the bottom of the sticky thread. Hopefully, this will be resolved shortly, thanks.

Yeah, we look in Meta all the time. Posting in General makes it unlikely it'll get seen (too much traffic there, plus we're not specifically looking for it there). You were lucky I spotted it in General because I was reading my Age of Worms / Shackled City thread at the time. :)
