Soul Knife Question.

Only if the DM allows them. A lot of DMs allow Dragon Mag article information only with great trepidation and inspection.

While true, I wouldn't anticipate much of a problem unless the DM has a blanket ban: at least one of the feats is simply a more efficiently drafted version of three that showed up in the contemporaneous Comp Psi. Another is a Soulknife-specific version of the "Practiced ________" feats.

IOW, they're not exactly out of line with WotC's own stuff.

So is there a Soulbow Handbook? I am currently playing a soulbow in a different campaign. I made it a level 2 soulknife level 8 soulbow. so i can get the phase arrow.... I was planning on taking a level in fighter to get the armor prof and free up one of my feats. The question I have is, is there a collection of stuff from soulbow, like dragon magazines with info about soulbows? or Player made guide to soulbows?

What other classes did you take in order to meet the prerequisites for soulbow? A single class 2nd level soulknife can't meet the prerequisites.

Autohypnosis - 8 ranks - requires 5 class levels

Max skill ranks = class level +3 (if it is a class skill for one of the class levels)

We started at level 10 and my DM allowed me when I leveled up to transfer levels between multiclasses or prestige. It is a really different world he has and very neat. Any knowledge we have as a player, our characters also have it. No racial personalities, just our own. Any book is usable, even custom classes if you can write it down and describe why you would have that ability or feat and such.... Its very open ^^.

So very many house rules that pretty much bust apart the RAW, it pretty much makes it impossible to give "normal" progression advice since "anything is possible".

Edit: As great house rules are... they can be too much work. I am keeping this toon as legal as I can.

which now realizing that confuses the crap out of me... *hates house rules* so l am now redoing the character. With a level in fighter so I can get my Armor Prof. and extra feat. If I have free range on races what would be best for soulbows.

Here is what i was thinking for my class lay out: 2 levels in fighter (two feats and boost for saves and BAB), 2 levels in Soulknife (pre req), 1 level in _______ (fill in blank), and 5 levels in Soulbow (Main Class)
