Added to Homebrews.

I didn't increase Dex based on the size change, but we can give it the usual +2 if you'd like. Since its AC was equal to the standard wisp, we might want to reduce the deflection bonus by an amount equal to the increased size bonus and Dex bonus (if we go that route).

Sounds reasonable to me. But considering that these guys are rather nastier than a will-o-wisp, why not let them have an AC one or two points higher?

Agreed, they look good.

Want to put in an ability related to portals to the negative energy and/or shadow planes?

Good call.

Once on the Cerilian side of a portal, they try to gather as much strength as possible, leaving the life around them weaker. Generally, the plant life near a recently closed portal (at which will o’shadows were present) looks wilted and brown for 1d4 days per round that the portal was open.

Does the plant blight warrant an ability, or simply flavor text?

Will o’shadows have lesser Seeming. In combat, they may camouflage themselves with blur, color spray, dancing lights,or a hypnotic pattern.

SLAs?
