Spell guestion: Detect Thoughts/Scrying

Éloath the sorcerer is scrying on John the assassin. Istaron the necromancer is detecting Éloath's thoughts during his scrying on John. Will Istaron see what Éloath sees?

I would say yes, since according to my view on the scry spell the caster sees/hears everything in his mind and these thoughts would be surface ones.

What do you think?

I wouldn't allow Istaron to actually see the scene, but would just describe it as Éloath perceives it and thinks about it while looking at it - "hmm, so John's at a tavern...wonder which one that is...looks familiar, esp. that painting of a wyvern...and now John's talking to two dwarves...one looks like a priest or something...I need to have a bite to eat...wish this crystal ball was a little clearer.." (and so on).

"... you know, I have a crystal ball... why am I spying on some assassin on a tavern, when I could be watching Istaron's wife getting it on with the Captain of the Guards again? Ha! Idiot. I knew you were eavesdropping..."
