Spell LV to kick poison's ass?

Ok - a spell that gives a +5 bonus to poison saves for 10 minutes per level would be a what level spell?

Are you sure?

Because a non-magic draught of anti-toxin lasts for 1 hour and costs 50 GP.

If you thought this was equal to a 1st level spell, then you can make a non-magic version at 1/3 the cost, no xp, or make the potion for 1/2 the cost and spend xp. Perhaps this anti-toxin is a bit too good.

Can I get an amen?

If the duration was brief, or it only modified the 2nd save of poison, that would be great. But, since most adventures are forays into danger for a few hours, a group could adventure while under the effects of this drink far too easily. +5 saves - poison becomes a non-issue in most cases. At 3rd level (about the time PCs can afford to use it as their drink of choice), poison would effect the players 10-30% of the time (oh jeez, look, a dozen monstrous spiders, lets grapple 'em!).

If a player wanted to make a spell to provide a save mod against poison at 10 minutes per level - what level would that spell be?

I am weighed down by ennui!

Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaagh!

 How can folks sleep at night?

 How can everyone resist the urge to jump up and down when discussing my geek issues?

:p Silence is an answer!

Well damn. I thought it would be equal to a 2nd level spell (roughly equal to delay poison), so 1 hr/lv, or 300 GP for a potion that lasts 3 hours.

If it was a 1st lv spell, then 50 gp to buy. (still 25 gp to make vs 17 gp to craft it).

Oh well.
