This is the one thing that irks me the most, out of any kind of bad behavior on forums. I don't block people who argue with me or make bad comments or are just jerks, but play the stupid "fixed that for you" game and and I am done.

I’m sure folks are trying. I’ve seen some effort to try and make it a gift giving and decorating holiday too.

But it looks like it’s morphing into a PR/advert kind of holiday.

I like the holiday. I dint really understand the hate it gets.

Because most people use it for "funny" things like pretending they have cancer, fake coming out, fake marriage/divorce/kids announcements.

Well, it was pretty obviously a joke, but if it actually upset you (in the probably an April fools thread where you're busy making funnies like everyone else) then I apologize. Mea culpa.
