A spellfioso. Making people give you some of their spells willingly.. you know, for protection.

Of course, you'd need someone to keep them in check, like a spellchecker.

Do these wizard academies still have their beuty pageants? Who's the current Miss Spell?

And , at this point , you can tell me it it exists a feat who can overcome this ( like : you can make sneak attacks also on oozes ? )

No feat. There are spells (though not for ouzos, uh, I mean, oozes, as far as I now) and class abilities (again, not against oozes), but no feats (unless you look in a powergamer's guide to rogues or something like that).
