I'd say "No". I don't think it threatens an area, which is a requirement for taking AoOs.

Remember the general rule of thumb regarding spells: Unless the spell says it can do something, it can't.

Spiritual Weapon states it doesn't get or grant a flank. Since the only requirement for flanking is threatening an area, you can discern that it doesn't threaten an area and therefore doesn't get AoOs.
