Spreadsheet

I am doing a new version, how many worksheets can your program handel? I know the Student version of Ecell only handels around three spreedsheets pre book.

I'm not sure to be honest. Currently, I only use it for cataloging, and I only have it because I needed Word for work and Excel came with it.

I have attached my newest version. I think it is easier to use. I would like your input.

On the Data Input sheet (all data is input with in collums A-K)

NAME: Green box type name of monster

CR: alto calutlates

ALIGNMENT: Green box type monsters alignment

MONSTER TYPE: yellow drop down box choose MONSTER TYPE (Humanoid, Monsters Humanoid, Ooze, pink boxes auto calulate)

MONSTER HD: Green box number monster HD (Gnolls have 2)

RED BOXs are auto, do not touch.

ABILITIES: yellow drop down box, are size justmentents inclued in your stat numbers, yes, no. If no the sheet will auto calulate the adjustments when you choose a creature size. If yes the the sheet will not ajust the stats.

In green boxs but monster's base abilities (I inputed the elite aray, they can be changed)

ABILITIES, Racial Adjustments: green boxs, input racical adjustments (ie. half-orc, +2 STR, -2 INT, -2 CHA) do not put adjustments for size (ie: halfling, -2 STR, this will taken care of by SIZE seclection)

SIZE: First input box: Choose size in Yellow drop down bow.
Second input box: In the blue box find the size line that matches the pink box, in each yellow dropbow box find the data that matches that line.

PRIMARY ATTACK: Right under the the second SIZE input box is the PRIMARY Attack, yes, no. YES is BAtk+Str, NO is at -5.

FEATS: all yellow drop down "yes" alto fill skill and saves bonuses on SKIL INPUT sheet and show on PLAYER SHEET.


SKILL INPUT SHEET
SKILLS: skill points alotted are at the bottom of the skills block under each HD, skill points are ajusted for Racial HD plus Int Modifier (under MONSTER RACIAL HIT DIE).

Light Orange boxs are alto fill from feats.



Player Sheet
alto filles from Data Input Sheet

Only the GREEN Boxs need info, and at this time any adjustments they make need to hand edited.

I then copy all the filled boxs to a word doc and convert table to text, using para.

Format Para (drop down), form mate Left with Hanging .1.

Then close up spaces by deleting

I hope this understandable.

I tried downloading the attachment again, and it worked this time.

It does seem to be an improvement over the previous version, but I don't have time to to fiddle with it at the moment.
