It is a spell, so it should be based on caster level, IMHO.

I think that every class that can cast this spell should add to the Caster Level. CLR3/DRD4/RGR4 would be Caster Level 9.

Since caster levels usually do not stack, they have two distinct limits.


Of course, you won't be harrassed by the thought police if you do stack them in this case.
