Stacking common effects on items

Wow...I feel sorry for the poor sap NOT playing full caster in the game! High stats are most useful for breaking casters, and with that rule...wow...

To answer your question, yes. You can put both str and dex on your handgear, both are in the appropriate slot, and both are "common" enhancements, so no additional cost. Be sure to abuse this rule on deflection and natural armor AC bonuses (do mage armor-type bonuses also count as "common"?), and everything else you can. Maybe take feats to gain extra body slots,so you have yet another place to add to everything yet again. I'm sorry, just...wow...

Huge stats are just as game breaking for your typical barbarian. If you can power attack for full and still hit for about the same as a typical barbarian, then start to become really easy.

Create a cheap Ioun Stone with a Minor Magical Effect. Add everything you want that will Stack. Repeat with another Ioun Stone with a different Minor Magical Effect until you run out of Gold.

Heh, you can already do that with the Shock Trooper feat!

Only on a charge, but on that path their is also Warchanter to achieve the same effect but with less restrictions (they have a bardic music that lets you burn AC for +hit bonus), but to put it on the same footing as massive stats means that you are assuming your AC is so low that taking a penalty equal to BAB does not affect being hit at all. This is to say that the mob hitting at you can full power attack without worrying about missing before you take the penalty.
