I'm no FPS online multiplayer guy, so I suspect this will have very limited attraction for me. Still, I knew that going in. If only there was a single player campaign!
Anyway. The thing for me that makes Star Wars games so immersive is the sound effects. There are so many SW sound effects that are instantly recognisable, as well as incidental music. This game throws you right into the SW universe with the sounds of blasters and TIE fighters and mouse droids and speeder bikes. It captures the feel of the universe very well.
I just wish I got more out of FPS online multiplayer stuff.
