To properly replay the Battle of Hoth you need four AT-ATs and one AT-ST, in addition to a Darth Vader figure and as many snowtroopers as you can field for the Imperials (and 12 snowspeeders, a Luke Skywalker On Hoth figure, and as many Rebel artillery and fighters as you can field- oh, and a proxy for the shield generators). I want those AT-ATs.

I think I have enough of everything but the AT-ATs :)

(I have become a bit of a SW mini whore - obviously did not have enough when I was a child. . .)

okay, I am not one for carping about the expense of most gaming products, but...

Fifty bucks!!! Fifty bucks?!?!?!?

I just cannot justify that much money for something that will get so little play time. I was just trying to decided if $60 was a good investment in "The Shackled City Adventure Path" hardcover. I decided yes, since it would be at least a hundred hours (times five if you count each person participating) of entertainment value. And that, sir, is a bargain.

But $50 for a very large miniature figure is completely out of the ball-park for me. Maybe $25. But this item seems much less of a gaming accessory and much more of a collectible display piece.

I think what kinda weirds me out with the Mega-AT AT is that for $40, one could buy the Action figure version...with more moving parts, lights and sounds.

I'm betting they are about the same size, too...

Hmm...

But when that action figure version first came out it was upwards of $80. And that's also about 10 years ago, now.
