Also evidenced by the NSYNC jedis

That was one thing that never really bothered me much.

I mean, who cares? A few guys that a teenage girl will recognize would have been on the screen for a couple of seconds. Hey, maybe one of them is a dialogue coach and can give Lucas a hand.

Eh, I'll likely outlive him. Once he's ceased to be an obstruction, I'm sure the originals will be released.

I'll make it my life's goal to get my hands on the rights to Star Wars, and release the originals just for you guys!

I'll also write and direct Episodes VII-IX ;).

I'll also never utter the words, "Faster, more intense," or "Same thing, only better," unless it's as a joke. That one is my solemn vow.

What's truly funny about this, is that no one here seems to realize they're still in the damn movie! WHo do you think throws the spare lightsabers to Obi-wan and Anakin in the arena?

Besides, he does listen to public reaction. I've heard that the reaction to the Yoda/Dooku fight in Ep2 was such that something similar will be in Ep3, or so I heard on either TheForce.net or Ain't it Cool News.

What I'd like to see instead is the rest of the fight in Ep2, in fact I wish they had finished that up and reintegrated it into the movie and not bothered with any of the other rather worthless deleted scenes.

I wonder how long it'll be before "The Phantom Menace" gets remade. Maybe he'll just re-edit it so it's the same as "The Phantom Edit". I just hope he puts all the extra recorded Darth Maul fights in somewhere

The one edit I would not mind GL doing is changing all the shots of Leia so she is in the steel bikini alll the time. ;)

Errg, I'd confused this with another thread. But I have to say, that alteration looks pretty good actually. Just compare the two. The original may have been impressive in 1980, but it does look pretty bad now. Also, there's the matter of better holograms appearing in the prequels trilogy, while this one chronologically takes place later.

The article said that the Jabba CGI in Star Wars SE will be redone using the TPM Jabba as a guide. That sounds good too, the SE Jabba looked horrible, but the TPM Jabba was done fairly well, IMO.

And sure, let's get rid of that Greedo shoots first crap. :P
