Star Wars Saga/D&D 5th Hybrid [OOC/Rolls]

I'd just keep the 1 for 1 on DSPs to Force Points. I think it will still build up over time. It's that casual temptation where it seems innocuous at first, but becomes insidious later.

Rather than making it that granular, why don't you just say that when a character becomes Tainted by Darkness, they have Advantage on Deception and Intimidate checks and Disadvantage on Insight and Persuasion checks?

WRT Reks, since the first of the autofire attacks that hit him would have dropped him unconscious, is the second made at disadvantage, since he would have been prone? I know you're rolling this all at once and maybe it is considered to all be happening concurrently, which would be preferable, I think. Otherwise, if the second autofire shot does hit him, I believe it counts as a crit and automatically generates two failures on the Death Save. I'm trying to figure out how much time I have to get over and stabilize him.

Sorry to ask again, but since everyone has moved, how far is Reks from me now? Actually, the simple question is: can Cal get to Reks this turn to stabilize him?

Tactically speaking, we should probably retreat to the ship. But I am guessing the room shaking is going to force us down into the lower levels. We obviously need to take a short rest after this, at a minimum.

They were already at Disadvantage as they were firing through the smoke. As for crit, yea hmm, bad, but his Damage Resistance was still up so it would still have been under his Con of 14. Reks is now within 6m of Cal

And the reason I pushed him as Trog always played Reks really aggressive. I should have used one of his Medpacs through as he had Action surge that I never used...

My bad, they have to be within 5' for an attack to be an automatic crit against an unconscious target, so no autocrits there, although I'm not sure if the second attack would have been at disadvantage. The non-additive nature of advantage and disadvantage sometimes produces peculiar results. The attack would be at advantage because Reks was unconscious, but at disadvantage because he would have fallen prone and due to the visibility issues for the Sith attackers. But since one of one wipes out all of another, I think it would be just a regular attack, not sure if that matters. I never really liked that model, but I get the desire for simplicity.

Don't worry about how you're playing Recks, it seems spot-on to me. Very aggressive is an apt description.

While it is non-additive I have always played it like multiples cancel each other out... so the Sith Troopers have 2 disadvantage (firing through the smoke and prone ranged target), and one advantage for being incapacitated so still at disadvantage :)
