Yes that only 'disadvantage' of popping up, shooting and then falling prone is that you can't aim. There are a few feats that add bonuses if you aim. Also I don't see it much different between that and hiding behind full cover and popping out to fire and then moving back to full cover. This could also lead to people 'Readying' and shooting you as you stand...

I will all be great until a bunch of melee folks run up and stab you on the ground with advantage though

As a Jedi with Double Attack and Surge, I am wildly in favor of our enemies dropping prone to try to shoot at us.

It seems everyone's happy with handing them over to the republic. If Malnou is ex-Jedi as his stats suggest, Jihahna would urge for the Jedi to take him for 'rehab'.


Sounds cool. So are you seeing it as actual Jedi levels or as a custom version of them? I suppose you don't yet have lightsaber proficiency as you gained force sensitivity...

Just a note that the Sith don't have their own class so they instead train up as Jedi just with a different outlook on life So Malnou may or may not have come from a Jedi but instead from a Sith Academy. You would have to ask

Quick question on your character; I noticed he had 14 Force Points and I think that might be wrong. Prestige Classes get 6 + 1/2 (round down) your level, so a base 9 and Force Boon gets you +3 for 12.
