Starcraft and d20 Future

So, I've been playing a lot of Starcraft lately, and I can't help but think how much fun it would be to get involved in the Starcraft universe. Blizzard always puts together a nice story arch, and there are lots of colorful characters in the game (Jim Raynor, Kerrigan, Tassadar, Zeratul, Fenix, and a whole slew of others). Also seems like it'd be a wonderful opportunity for lots of SpecOps (Ghosts), Mechs (Goliaths), and all sorts of crazy vehicles (Siege Tanks, Arbiters, Corsairs, etc). There's also a lot of really nice background for the game

Any d20 Future/Starcraft fans out there that are already doing this? How does the system mesh with the setting? What are you doing with your game(s) and how are the players enjoying them? I'd love to get any kind of feedback on the game, specifically d20 Future. I've had my eye on it for a while now, but I haven't been able to figure out what I would run until now.

I have printouts of a lot of the Zerg.
Don't have any of the vehicles (though what a great idea!) yet.
The Zerg were pretty tough in the session where they were present. Makes a really nastily totally inhuman opponent.
I had them battling some Klendathu Arachnids (Starship Troopers bugs) on a derelict dreadnought.

Any rough idea what PL Starcraft would be considered? I think the Terrans would be PL 6, and some of the Protoss tech would be considered PL 7. I think I could get rough stats for a Goliath pretty quickly if we could agree that Terrans are at PL 6.

Starcraft was adapted for the Alternity rules in a boxed set that was largely, and justly, maligned as being too shallow a treatment. However, a group of Alternity fans filled in all the holes and produced a very professional pdf that details the Starcraft universe for Alternity.
You can grab the pdf free here: http://www.alternityrpg.net/resources/646/original/starcraft.pdf

I don't think it would take much to convert their work to d20 Future, if you were so inclined.
I, however, would recommend giving it a try with Alternity.

I'm afraid I'm not terribly familiar with the d20 Future rules. That's part of the reason I'm asking the questions. That looks like a great goliath write up. I was thinking about hoping over to the bookstore and grabbing the book, but it's expensive. I was hoping to get some more ideas rolling before I grab the book, but thanks everyone for chiming in. I've starting checking out that pdf. So far, it looks great. I'm much more familiar with d20 than Alternity, so if I built any kind of Starcraft game it would be in the d20 system.

http://www.sclegacy.com/ is an excellent resource for all things Starcraft. I highly recommend it, and will be using this site along with Blizzard's information to create weapons, armor, and technology in the near future.

Oh wow, that's wonderful. I had no idea Future was up on the SRD (though I did know about Modern's SRD). Thanks for the tip, Roudi. That'll really be useful.
