Close, but the playtest version didn't add targets for casting it at a higher level.

I was so certain this was going to say "I prepared Explosive Runes today."

Such a missed opportunity.

Tho now that I think about it, you could put Explosive Runes on a parchement, then your Command could be "Read!" which would be funny.

The text is a bit different (the later text omits constructs, but adds the action cannot be self-harmful), otherwise, pretty close..
