Starting the World's Largest

Starting in mid October I am starting the World's Largest Dungeon. I bought it about a week ago from my local gaming store and I have been reading it.

Is there anyone out there that has started it?

If you have started it or read it is there anything I should know?

What should I tell my Players?

Should I have them play two characters? As I understand things can get quite leathal.

I'm not sure if you'll want them to play two characters, its primarly designed for a party of 4. It depends on your number of players, if you are worried about how lethal it is, one option you can try is what I did. I pulled an old page from Dark Sun and had the players make up a character tree. Each player has 3 characters that are either tied together in some fashion or that can be easily worked into the dungeon at any point. I say for every level the active character gains, one of the inactives may also gain a level.
