Stat template?

I've a few ideas I'd like to stat up and post. Is there a default stat template I can steal? Also, has anyone done the Alaghi or beastmen from AD&D for 3.5?

Um, what about copying and pasting from any of the monster conversions on this forum?

The alaghi were covered in Monsters of Faerun for 3E and the free web enhancement for Lost Empires of Faerun (IIRC) has the 3.5E version.
