No, only ranks do (if I understood the question).

Well, my character is more of an athletic than a diplomat, but anyway. I just need to learn some languages or accuire a permanent tongues somehow.

How about a druid? IIRC, this party doesn't have divine spellcasters, and wildshape could certainly come in handy.

Ok, I'd quite like to play a kobold - but I am not sure this is the right game. He/she/it will definatly be a trap and lock expert however.

I've got two characters in my E-mail this far, haven't checked them much really. Will do that later.

Should we use the 3.5 rules for character generation for as far as they're known (the druid is posted at the WotC site in full) or stick purely to 3.0 rules for now?
