Hm, nope. I still think the whole thing is as retarded as I previously thought.stellaawards.com said:Much of the coverage about Stella Liebeck has been grossly unfair. When you have a more complete summary of the facts, you might change your mind about her.

Yeah, I just figured it was worth spelling out that those were fakes, because not everyone is going to actually follow the link (or even look at the spoiler, for that matter). Plus it was nice to contrast the "fake" Stella awards list with the real one - which is a lot more reasonable.glass said:Would those be the actual Stella awards at stellaawards.com, the site that I linked in my original post?
True, although it's only 2 out of 7, and there isn't enough information in the article to figure out on what legal grounds the person actually won that claim.glass said:Some are though, which is bizare enough.Conaill said:...you'll notice that amost of them are for people filing frivolous lawsuits, not typiclly about them actually winning those lawsuits.
I rest my case.gray stranger said:Holy Bacon batman (that wasn't even remotely funny)
That really changes the 'case' (get it? case, lawsuit?) to a less retarded situation
