Same here. I would never have started a thread today the way I started this one.
I actually completed Gardens of the Moon. I thought it was pretty good. I completely saw how it was a very D&D like book. The thing that threw me off was the final battle at the end in the city- it seemed to get comic booky after being very visceral and real. It was odd. But overall a well written book.
