Still about Power Nullification...

If my mutant is using his power and my telepath tries to read his mind from 35' away does the power auto fail. Basically does the mutant stop powers from manifesting or does it just stop them period... Does a mages fireball fail when fired from 50' as soon as it hits the 30' Mark?

I realize your previous answer may have covered this but I need a more direct answer to show my stubborn players sorry ...

You can just tell your stubborn player “I’m the GM!”

But no, if the power originated outside the area, it works fine. Otherwise it’s a ridiculously powerful ability!
