Exactly what I was just going to propose on the House rules forum... I don't suppose you could post what it says in more detail...

I was thinking of this ability also, and escaping the foot pin would require a successful grapple or escape artist check. The stomp would be a move equivalent action, and possibly used against those on lower ground (but unable to pin). This gives the ability to do a 'kick in the head' to someone below you as a free action without provoking the stupid AoO for an unarmed attack. Imagine, a feat that allows you to kick someone behind you on the stairs in the face just like the movies!
