Storming the Ship

Malachi shakes his head and gives the man another thump, hoping to knock him unconscious.

[sblock=OOC]And what about the checks I mentioned?[/sblock]

The man slumps, unconcious.

[sblock=OOC]Oh, right, the checks. When doing something that would require a roll it would be helpful to post the relevent modifier. If you don't, I'll look it up, but it would be a good way to keep your GM happy.:)[/sblock]

Malachi again checks the man, to try to determine roughly how long he will be out.
[sblock=OOC]Heal +3[/sblock]

The poor dumb schmuck is down for the count. Must've had a glass jaw or something. He won't be getting back up anytime soon. Splashing him with water might hasten the recovery process, but then again, he's already all wet.

Wakil begins rowing the boat in the direction the ship sounds to be in. The fog appears to be glowing brighter in that direction as well. Shortly, a dark mass looms out of the fog and resolves itself into a trim three-master. Light can be seen spilling over the rails of the deck. As they draw closer, shadowy figures can be made out moving around on deck.

Can I use this thread, still?

Druke, remember that spells and spell-like effects and such (I'm referring to you Detect Evil) have ranges. It's not a huge range, either.

No, we never defined it properly. I would have continued calling her "N. Lady." ;)

Should we post our character to the RG thread?

Druke,

I just noticed on your character sheet that your shield should provide you a +3 AC bonus, not +2. You also need to add a character description under "Appearance," and your background. See Malachi's in the Rogue's Gallery for a sample.
