Story Hour contribution

I guess my personal opinion can be summarized by this question: ''May I keep a copy for personal rereading?'' :) BTW, what is that ''Conqueror Worm'' you mentioned?

You are free to keep a copy (I did post it on a public forum) as long as you understand it is copyright 2002 by Jonathan McAnulty and that I reserve all rights, etc. etc. ;)

The Conqueror Worm, as Skarp noted, is a Vincent Price movie, the original title of which was Matthew Hopkins, Witch Hunter General. It is considered by some to have been one of Price's best roles. The movie does not have a happy ending and is not for the faint of heart. It ends in fact with the two main heroes of the movie going insane. Matthew Hopkins was a real man and a witch hunter of some notoriety. There are disputes as to how he actually died.

There are some real people and books in my story as well and an interesting excercise is to try and sort out the real from the mythos (this is true IMO of all good Mythos stories).

As to whether I will do more... I can only say that I plan on it.

I'm going to go out on a limb and guess that De Vermiis Mysteriis isn't one of those ;)

Seriously, though, I think you should keep writing as well. I liked it. Does Chaosium still publish those collections of Lovecraft tribute stories? One never knows.
