I voted Just Right.

I like the subclasses in and of itself. A solid choice that imparts a lot of flavor and crunch all in one and they are all pretty viable. I just wish we had more to pick from. A wider variety of character "types" or "builds" is a plus in my mind, and I have no problem at all with most of these new types being Subclasses rather than whole new classes. I.e. a Gunslinger could be its own class, but I think it would be just fine as a Fighter Subclass.

That said I do like more mechanical choices. The Pathfinder 2e/D&D4 4e approach of lots of little perks and feats and other choices is neat. I want to avoid the bloat/power creep/trap choices that tend to come with lots of options, so I think subclasses are fine as they are. That said I wouldn't be opposed to a few more moving parts per subclass.
