Sublime Chord and Sorcerer only spells?

One of my players wants to learn wings of flurry with his sublime chord. He took a level of Wild mage so with a 30 perform check on a song of arcane power his caster level is 13+1d6 (he is level 12) and he wants to take advantage of that with an uncapped damage spell. That is fine with me but i am not sure about allowing wings of flurry since it is not on the Wizard/Sorcerer spell list, which is where the sublime chord gets their spells from.

Generally, access to the wiz/sorc list means only the spells available to both, as there are a LOT of ways to get spells from those lists on your spells known list.

AFAIK, the sorc-only spells are a reward for "limiting" yourself to only the 4th best class in core, instead of a wizard or CoDzilla.
