It seems right now that it's very likely I will. I'll at least try it out for the first year and see how the content compares to what's been in Dungeon and Dragon, and to see the previews for 4e.

I have never really liked the DND website and have used very little of their free content. I have not subscribed to Dragon or Dungeon in over 10 years. That would make me leans toward probably not.
Now that I have moved away from my original group, I would consider it if the electronic tabletop allows me to game from Seattle with my group in Detroit or back in Iowa.
My biggest complaint is that there are not two price points with DM access and player access.

If I play 4E (whose major competition for my mindshare is nWoD or some other game, not 3.5), I will almost certainly be using DDI. It's $25 worth of material every month for only $10. In truth, I only want about half of what they're offering (virtual tabletop = ick), but that's still $12 of stuff for $10.
I expect that DDI will replace much of my book purchases, leaving only top-tier products for me to get dead trees. Plus, with everything on PDF and a campaign management tool, I'm looking forward to having only my laptop at the game table. My multiple shelves of books is about to become infinitely portable. I'd be insane not to use DDI.

Eagerly. The online tools are interesting to me as my original gaming group has been spread across three continents for the past decade, getting together to play once every couple of years. This delivery model is also ideal for me - for magazine style content I'd much rather have an online library than paper issues.

Whether or not I play 4e in meatspace depends on whether or not they release an SRD, as I have too many books and too little storage space already.
As for DI... I don't know. D&D any time would be greatly entertaining, but, as I am fighting tooth and nail to be valedictorian of my HS, I don't know that I can afford the distraction. Never mind the money.
And as for continuing Dragon and Dungeon... I had a Dragon subscription for a long while, and, to be honest, as much fun as they were to read and think about using, they were never actually that useful. The articles were usually too small to cover a given topic in depth, and, given the core ideas, I can usually ad hoc enough stuff to make it work OK without all of the minor details (and the irritating concerns over balance...). And since they quit writing Campaign Components a while back (for the most part), I doubt the online version will include those. Dungeon is also not particularly attractive; I only game about once a month, so getting multiple adventures every month is superfluous. So neither of the magazines is a particular selling point...
Thus, the DC to convince me to subscribe to DI is looking pretty high... 20-25 range. If they get some bonuses from testimonials (aid another), then it is possible.

As for DI, I'm not subscribing, $120 a year is a bit steep for me - it isn't porn people
. I've got KQ, which I am quite happy with, though I'd love more frequency and I've got numerous free online resources if my imagination needs sparking.

Seriously, though: D&D Guilds could work with a tool like this. It seems to have the potential to offer sufficient eye-candy, and with Wizards behind it, they can reach enough people with it. All they have to do is to keep the cost reasonable and they might even get me (I admit that there are some people here on ENWorld I'd like to have the occasional D&D game with, but since they usually live on a different continent, hopping over for a quick dungeoncrawl is not exactly an option).
The "guild" concept works fantasticially in EPICrpg. Plus it does work well in WoW. To the point where it seriously has me rethinking how guild work in my RPG's.
As for the vote, its a maybe. I'm guessing its most likely a no, but I want to see the final incarnation.
I'll definitely participate during the "free period".
