Suck it up, Princess: new 6th-level warlord utility.

I like the "minor action" version of the power just because of the proactive vs reactive nature of the decision point, although it's really just an "Inspiring Word" that removes the prone condition at that point, isn't it?

Yeah, I felt that removing the prone condition was the crux of the power, really. It fits the whole, "What do you think this is? A hotel? GET UP SOLDIER!" kinda attitude.

I guess it could be a 2nd-level utility, but in my early-morning mindset, I thought it was too powerful. In hindsight, it probably sits a bit better as a 2nd-level utility.

Maybe make it a free action as a 2nd-level utility power and give it the +1d6 of inspiring word?

It could be a Heroic Tier feat.

Screaming Leader (Frustrated Gym Teacher?;))
Prerequisite: Inspiring Word class feature
Benefit: When using your Inspiring Word power, a target that goes from negative to positive hit points may choose to also stand from prone as a free action.

Quick draft two:

Heroic Tier feat

Screaming Leader
Suck it up, Princess!

I like the idea behind the original version too - I just think it's too weak as written, as compared to two other powers at the same level.

The feat idea is pretty cool, though you could possibly just have it just stand up when you use inspiring word, without the restriction to only when they go from negative to positive (which, btw, creates a silly loophole for exactly 0)

Maybe two surges and a charisma bonus, and make it close so it doesn't provoke - that'd make it compare more decently to the warlord heal at that level.

Much simpler, thanks.

What about something like this:

Suck it up, Princess!
Warlord Utility 6
A vicious rebuke that snaps a person out of their stupor
and gets them back on their feet and ready for battle!
Daily • Martial, Healing
Immediate Reaction
Ranged 5
Trigger: An attack knocks one of your visible allies down to 0 Hit Points or below
Effect: The target ally may immediately spend a Healing Surge as a Free Action and gains hit points equal to their Healing Surge Value. They do not fall unconscious, nor do they fall prone. If the targeted ally does not have a Healing Surge available, they are healed to 1 hit point.

I would have called it "Walk it off, Soldier!". "Suck it up, Princess!" strikes me as a status-cancelling power. I do agree with discussion downthread, though--it does make a better feat modifying your Inspiring Word. As far as that status power goes, though...

Walk it off, Soldier!
Warlord Utility 6
Nothing like an insult to get your allies back into the fray.
Encounter • Martial
Minor Action

Close Burst 5
Target: One ally in burst
Effect: Your ally may make a saving throw against any condition that allows one, with a bonus equal to your Cha modifier.

Come to think of it, I might even make that level 2. It's not that awesome, after all.
